The man on this cup sent an unsolicited "advertisement" of his penis to a woman. She was offended. She was disgusted. She was pissed. She open the message and boom there it was never to be unseen again. (I have been extremely gracious not to let his image be known.)
If this person had flashed this woman, he would have committed the crime of indecent exposure. So...how is this not a crime with digital content? I know...it's extremely complicated series of issues, but the fact remains, our culture has another arena in consent to escavate through law.
